We’re Here to Bring West Fargo Together

West Fargo Events is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating free and low-cost events that connect people across the city. From live performances and seasonal gatherings to family-friendly activities and outdoor recreation, our mission is simple: make it easy for everyone in West Fargo to come together, celebrate, and belong.

Our events are hosted in a variety of spaces like the Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights and Stage West Studio, transforming these areas into places of joy, laughter and community spirit. Every event is powered by generous sponsors, local partners, and community members who care deeply about making West Fargo a vibrant place to live and visit.

Meet the Team at WFE

Mike Amundson
Executive Director

Mike is our Executive Director. He is passionate about West Fargo Events and all it has to offer his community. Mike is a proud dad of three and a puppy dad to Daisy. He enjoys cheering on baseball or hockey games.

Dave Wilson
Director of Operations

Dave is our Director of Operations. He stays busy following his four children around to their many activities and cheering them on. Dave is a big Notre Dame football fan, an Eagle Scout, and fun fact: he holds the single season save percentage record for Minot High School Hockey.

Britta Timm
Director of Marketing & Events

Britta is our Director of Marketing and Events. She has a good eye for creativity, loves spending time with her family, enjoys coffee and loves baseball season.

Cindy Dennison
Director of Accounting

Cindy is our Director of Accounting. She is a proud mom and loves gardening, reading, and traveling. She also enjoys puzzles and baking, and fun fact: she’s a twin!

Triten Teske
Rental and Logistics Manager

Triten is our Rental and Logistics Manager. Triten is a new dad and proud dog dad to his dog, Sadie. Triten enjoys carpentry, woodworking, playing intramural sports, and catching a good sports game on TV.

Brenden Archbold
Assistant Operations Manager

Brenden is our Operations Assistant Manager. You’ll usually find him golfing, watching sports, or hanging out with his dog, Stella. Fun fact: Joe is his brother!

Ashley Egger
Marketing & Events Manager

Ashley is our Marketing and Events Manager. She loves coffee, taking walks, attending concerts, traveling, and watching reality TV. A true people person, she cherishes time with family and friends.

Adam Pankow
Stage West – Producing Artistic Director

Adam brings mad creativity and a love for the arts and education to Stage West. When he is not directing or catching a live show, he is spending time with friends and family, traveling, or is on the hunt for the next great deal.

Joe Archbold
Logistics Coordinator

Joe is our Logistics Coordinator. You’ll probably find him out on the golf course in the summertime, hitting the gym, or catching a hockey game—whether he’s in the stands or on the ice himself. He’s a big sports fan through and through. Fun fact: Brenden is his brother!

Spencer Timm
Arena Manager – West Fargo Sports Arena

Spencer is the Manager of the West Fargo Sports Arena. He’s a proud dad who enjoys hunting, baseball, and spending time with his family. Before joining WFE, Spencer taught Social Studies for 11 years.

Nico Mortenson
Event Programming Coordinator

Nico is our Event Programming Coordinator. He loves watching sports, playing golf, softball, and sand volleyball, and spending time at the lake. Fun fact: he was born in Colorado!

Nick Bucklin
Marketing & Logistics Assistant

Nick is our Marketing and Operations Assistant. He’s passionate about golf, loves coaching hockey, and always brings energy to the ice. Fun fact: Nick has two different colored eyes.
