West Fest is an annual week long celebration of the community of West Fargo. The celebration includes events for children and adults and one of the largest parades in North Dakota. The events are held throughout the community the third week of September and culminates with a day of celebration on Sheyenne the third Saturday in September.
This year’s West Fest theme is YOUR CITY. After last year’s theme, Grounded and Growing, which celebrated West Fargo’s strong roots and continued growth, this year’s theme shifts the focus to the people who make our community what it is.
YOUR CITY is a celebration of the people, places, and spirit that make West Fargo feel like home. It’s about neighbors supporting neighbors, local businesses, parks, schools, traditions, and the shared experiences that bring our community together. Whether you’ve lived here your whole life or just arrived, West Fest is a chance to celebrate the city we all call ours.
