Event & Concert FAQs
Where do I buy tickets?
Use Ticketmaster.com (official seller) or buy at the gate if not sold out.
What is the bag/item policy? * Ticketed Events:
No bags over 5″x7″, chairs, umbrellas, pets, or outside food/drink. Small clutches/wallets only.
Non-Ticketed Days: Dogs, chairs, and outside food/drink are permitted.
What if it rains?
Events are rain or shine. Wear a poncho; umbrellas are prohibited.
Is re-entry allowed?
No. If you leave a ticketed event, you must buy a new ticket to return.

Where do I park?
Free parking is available in the parking ramp (5th St W) or overflow at the West Fargo Sports Arena.
Is smoking allowed?
No, the entire plaza and facility are smoke-free.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, connect to the “Lights” network.
Are there bathrooms?
Public restrooms are in the community room (SE corner). Extra units are added for large events.
What are the age rules?
Children under 10 must have a guardian on the plaza; those under 18 must be with an adult to enter any buildings.
